As a Casuwa merchant, you agree to comply with all marketplace policies, including product listing guidelines, pricing transparency, and communication standards.

2. Product Authenticity

You confirm that all products listed on your store are genuine, accurately described, and legally permitted for sale. Counterfeit or prohibited items will result in immediate suspension.

3. Order Fulfilment

You agree to process and fulfil orders within the specified timeframe, maintain accurate inventory levels, and communicate proactively with customers regarding any delays.

4. Customer Service

You commit to providing responsive and professional customer service, addressing inquiries within 24 hours, and handling complaints fairly.

5. Refunds & Returns

You agree to honour Casuwa's refund and return policies, process approved refunds promptly, and accept returned items that meet the return conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you have the right to sell all listed products and use all associated trademarks, images, and content. You shall not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Data Privacy

You agree to protect customer data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and Casuwa's privacy policy. Customer information must not be shared or used outside the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

Manipulating product reviews or ratings
Operating multiple merchant accounts without approval
Engaging in price gouging or deceptive practices
Circumventing the platform to complete transactions offline

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, financial penalties, or permanent removal from the Casuwa marketplace.
